What Should I Bring to the Event?

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and an open heart. All necessary materials for the sessions will be provided.

Is There parking available at the venue?

Yes, The Luminary Hotel offers ample parking for all attendees. There is both self-parking and valet service available.

are meals included at the event?

No, but participants will have one hour to go into nearby Fort Myers during our lunch break. We highly recommend bringing snacks, so you stay nourished. The event will run for about 8 hours.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance as space is limited and our events often sell out. If tickets are still available, they can be purchased at the door.

is the event suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our sessions are designed to accommodate all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

what is the refund policy?
